A graduate of Washington and Lee University with a double major in Philosophy and Art, Amory created Antique Works LLC to meet needs of the estate planning and personal property market for reliable counsel on the handling of property and collections. Antique Works has expanded over the years to include Hampton House - Virginia's finest auction gallery, Personal Property Assessments - the largest group of appraisers in the state, and Dumpsters on Demand - a quality, labor only, clean out firm.
Ed has a MFA from Boston University. He has appraised antiques for over 30 years for private and public collections on the East Coast. Having trained as a jeweler and silversmith, Ed specializes in antique metalwork in all media.
